I have been offered 5000 RM as a public relations consultant. Can someone pl guide me if this is a good bet?

With 3 yrs of expertise in Public Relations with a post grad diploma in mass communication from a premium institute, I’m currently employed with a global agency in India. I need to know how much I should be getting for my position as Consultant. Thank You All.
