By Laura • July 31st, 2009

my wife is expecting a baby and she’s studing and she is pursuing the diploma. what are the chances or can we get our PR with a kid.

Hoillåaaaaaa dude
Chill!!!!!!!!!!
As you said your wife is abt to have a baby get the birth certificate of the baby registered in the country you want to live i.e. get your wife deliver the baby in the country whose PR you want
As the birth certificate would be from the PR country your child would automatically be the citizen of that country
Then meet a lawyer tell him you want ur child to have the citizenship of the country he is born and his legal parents and guardians you too ought to live in that country and file a suit in the court
You are surely gonna get the citizenship
Or wht can the judge do
Your child would be the citizen so the judge can’t change that but he can deny u citizenship.
He would give the judgement that your child can live in the country as a citizen under a local guardian or if he lives with you in your home country he can claim his citizenship from 18 to 21 years of age and before also he can enter the country showing his birth certificate. And as ur child has citizenship he can take you also with you as his parents.
