What public relations problems may be evident when a community turns down a bond issue to improve school financing?

What public relations actions do you consider important in building and maintaining strong support of schools?

plz plz help

THANK YOU!

From my point of view it’s not a public relations problem, it’s an accountability problem. Over-paid administrators, incompetent teachers, zero discipline, and many other problems need to be fixed before asking for extra money. Academics need to be stressed at least as much as sports. Until educators and administrators properly manage the money they already receive, and show some positive results, don’t ask for any more tax dollars. The only exception would be genuine safety issues, not want-lists and politically correct activities.
